Cybersecurity work reduces risk but cannot eliminate all threats. Cypherus does not guarantee that any system, account, device, or network will be immune from compromise, outage, or data loss.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining access to their own accounts and systems, following agreed recommendations, and keeping appropriate backups and records.

Third-party tools

Cypherus may recommend or help configure third-party products or services. Those products remain governed by their own terms, pricing, privacy policies, and availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cypherus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use or cybersecurity services.
